Two volunteers and two children were ready to provide children with free meals at Greater Unity AME Church at 744 Coach Road on Monday, June 19, 2023. CORE's other two distribution sites were Greater Deliverance Tabernacle at 125 Sugar Hill Road and AT's Auto Sales at 871 White Sands Road in the Boyer Community. Parents and guardians picked up "grab-and-go" meals for their children at any of the 3 sites between 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. each Monday and Wednesday through the end of July, regardless of household income. The only requirement was that recipients were between the ages of 3 and 18 (or 21 for persons with disabilities).
